Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Once you've received and carefully examined your order, if you are not satisfied for any reason, we'll be happy to help you with your return.

Your complete satisfaction is our goal! If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, simply email us with your intent to return the merchandise and follow the below instructions. Return all original packaging, undamaged merchandise, all components, e-mail confirmation receipt (we send this to you as your RG), PayPal ID, customer name and all instructions must accompany merchandise, in a postage paid box.

altMerch will replace a defective or damaged item. Follow the procedures below for replacement.

Refunds can only be issued to the party who PURCHASED the item will be issued upon our receipt of an E-Mail request and returned merchandise:

We will provide a replacement for any defective or damaged item. Once you receive the item you have 30 days to inspect and return the item, we will only process a return that we receive within 30 days from the original delivery date. The date delivered in the UPS tracking system will be used to establish the 30 day period.

The return request is made by E-Mail to returns@greenevillegifts.com  request and returning the item to us.

Approved returns will be issued upon our receipt of returned merchandise. Please be aware we
DO NOT refund any shipping costs NOR any postage you may pay. All merchandise that is returned must be POSTAGE PAID.

All original packaging, and undamaged parts, all components, e-mail confirmation receipt (we send this to you as your RGA), PayPal ID of the purchaser, customer name and all instructions must accompany merchandise, in a postage paid box.

Replacements will not be issued for returns received that are not in accordance with the above, the package must be postage paid.
